Review for Jubilee Nation

''Jubilee Nation: The Movie'' is the unique vision of Henry K. Myers and Matthew Toffolo. One of the ahardest hitting scripts we witnessed as ''Jubilee Nation'' is an alternative history political erotic thriller set in a Utopian 1960's fictional black nation, where the Civil War resulted in a different outcome. This creativity should be highly praised as it shines light in the very obscure world of alternative realities. The same cannot be said about the visual support of this film as it looks more as a pilot or a pitching material that uses simple images that provide just enough context for storytelling. This lack of dramatization is stopped by the marvelous voice acting and all-around perfect writing that dives deep in creating a personal attachment with the characters but also the small details of each space we are given. We are sure the directing duo will complete and produce their vision.
